Electronic Books

When you click "Pre-Order Now" we will collect your basic order information. That's it! When the book is released, you will receive an email that will return you to the website to pay for your book.

• If you paid using PayPal or a credit/debit card, you will then be able to download your book in the format you chose when you pre-ordered. You will also get the same email as BitCoin users, just in case you didn't get a chance to download directly off of the site.
• If you paid using BitCoin, you will will receive an email invoice with your order information and a download link.

Note: The ordering software doesn't distinguish between physical and electronic goods, so yes, you will be required to enter your mailing address, even if you ordered an ebook. Don't worry, we don't sell it or use it in any way. Read our terms of service for more information on how we handle your personal information.

Paper Books

When you click "Pre-Order Now" we will collect your basic order information, and you will be asked to pay for your book. We ask that you pre-pay because we are required to pay for books at the time we have them printed. When your book is shipped, we will notify you.
