New Things Are Coming in 2022

It's been awhile! Alesia and I have been through a lot in the last few years with deaths in the family, illness, loss of our home, and so on. But things are finally happening  here at Met Pub again, and new things are coming in 2022!

Fire Mission II: A graphic novel

As you might have noticed, listed in the sparse posts over the last few years, I've been doing some art work. Some of it's available for sale as an NFT. If you'd like to see what I've been doing, they're all listed on my LinkTree. Give it a look! But now, getting back to Met Pub and our stories, I'm working on the second Fire Mission Story.  If you're not familiar (and it's been awhile, so why would you be?) you can check it out here (Amazon) and here (epub).

Only, one of the new things coming is: Instead of a novella, I'm switching to a graphic novel! For the last couple of months I've been working on style and design. If you'd like to follow along, check out my Instagram. I've been posting #wips there.

Scheduled 1st Quarter Release

As soon as the design work is done, I'll begin releasing pages of the graphic novel right here, for all to see. Yes, that means you can follow along for free, though there will be high resolution pages, and supplemental content for subscribers, some of which will also be released in the print version. The plan is, I'll publish one page every week to ten days---and hope I can keep up. That's part of the design work I'm doing now. Getting that mix quality and speed right so you don't lose interest and I don't get frustrated or burned out trying to keep up.

The Cross Stitch Cometh

Meanwhile, the other new thing that's coming in 2022 is over at Grimalkin Crossing, our cross stitch imprint. Alesia is beavering away on her cross stitch designs. Scheduled for a full re-launch early next year, not only will her designs be available as PDFs, right from the website, but you'll be able to order physical copies, if that's your thing.

So stay tuned. We're moving up and moving on. We appreciate those of you who have stayed with us through these last few hard years, and look forward to rewarding your loyalty.
